Second Time Around consignment store at the Atrium Mall , awfully maintained business !

This is a review on the 'Second Time Around' store at the Atrium Mall Badly maintained business!! The customers are being cheated on the amount of the check that is given back to them, the rule is that if the item is sold within one month from the date that it is put out for sale the customer gets 50% from the sale price. The store is withholding the correct sale date and does not update their records properly. The date that the item is sold is not the actual date the store records have (I know because I went to the store to check and the items were sold but the date in the store?s system is different from the date I was there) which according to the rules lowers the percentage amount that is given back to the customer. When I asked the question why am I being giver less than 50% of the sale price to my astonishment the answer was and I quote ?This is up to the manager?s discretion?. No where in the store policy and rules this statement is mentioned and there are very precise rules by which the store should give back a certain percentage from the sale price depending on the time frame when the item is sold. Would not recommend anyone to deal with them!
